    摘要:

    在当今快节奏的生活中,睡眠——人类最基本的生理需求,竟渐渐变成许多人难以享有的“奢侈品”。要知道,睡眠障碍可不是小事,它不仅会严重拉低我们日常生活和工作的效率,长期积累下来,对身心健康造成的损害无法估量。据统计,现代社会中差不多有4成的人都被睡眠问题所困扰。作为一名在睡眠中心工作多年的医生,我接诊过众多被各种睡眠问题困扰的人。今天,就带大家一同瞧瞧睡眠领域的真假“美猴王”,助您分辨出究竟什么样的睡眠才是我们真正需要的好睡眠。

    Abstract:

    In today''s fast-paced life, sleep, the most basic physiological need of human beings, has gradually become a "luxury" that many people can hardly enjoy. It should be noted that sleep disorders are no trivial matter. They will not only seriously reduce the efficiency of our daily life and work, but also cause immeasurable damage to physical and mental health in the long run. According to statistics, nearly 40% of people in modern society are troubled by sleep problems. As a doctor who has worked in a sleep center for many years, I have treated many people who are troubled by various sleep problems. Today, let''s take a look at the real and fake "Monkey Kings" in the field of sleep, and help you distinguish what kind of sleep is the good sleep we really need.
